  • Experienced developers with 3 similar size developments on their CV
  • Full planning permission in place
  • £3-25m GDV
  • South East location (or selected cities in the Midlands)
  • Sales prices per unit should not exceed £500k for London/Home counties and £250k elsewhere
  • Minimum 25% margin in the project
Information required
  • Full development appraisal (costings, timelines etc.)
  • GDV comparables
  • Planning reference number
  • Full plans and elevations for the scheme
  • Development CV with a description of your previous projects
